[Resolved] 404 when signing out from Newly Added Tabs by Profile Tab Creator

    Dear Support Team At BuddyDev;

    I hope you’re doing great.

    This is to report an issue with “Profile Tab Creator”.

    When signing out from the newly added tabs, 404 error shows and the site doesn’t redirect the user to our visitors page. FYI, we are using BuddyBoss Theme.

    This is the same issue with “Account Deactivation” plugin that you resolved

    Hello Khalid,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you have any tab restrictions i.e. settings value of “Add this tab for” and “Tab Visibility” applied to that tab that might be the only issue? Please share the tab configuration so that I can help you.

    I am assuming you are using BuddyBoss Plateform with Profile Tab creator.

    The Tab with this issue is added to all users and visible only by the account owner.

    Hello Khalid,

    Tab visible to account owner is the reason you are getting 404 because once you logged out plugin has no way to check whether you are a profile owner or not. Please give it try after setting it to all users
