[Resolved] Access to the theme i purchased last year denied

    Hi,

    I purchased the community pro theme last year, and now i am trying to re-download my theme from my account and it is taking me to a membership pricing page.

    Why can’t i have access to a theme i have already paid for?

    Hi Samson,
    Thank you for purchasing the theme.

    I had a look at your account and I found that your access expired on 3rd May 2020. That’s why you are not able to download it.

    I can share the updated theme for 1 time if that helps. Please let me know if that will work for you and let me know the email address to which i should share it.
