Add images to Sitewide Gallery from Media Library

    I’m creating a new sitewide gallery from the WP admin back-end. Images are already uploaded in the Media Library by various people… how do I add them to a single Sitewide MediaPress gallery? It appears my only options are to Drag and Drop or Upload from my local computer. Am I missing something?

    Hi Shannon,
    Yes, it is possible technically(as our media is attachment+some meta), we do not have any UI to do it currently.

    Any ideas for a workaround? We have multiple users submitting photos to the Media Library via front-end form posting. Need to be able to access them and share with BP members via one sitewide gallery. Uploading them a second time is not an option as we are a photography group and will quickly take up significant storage space. 🙂

    Hi Shannon,
    We are unable to assist you with it due to lack of free time.

    Also, A media can be part of only 1 gallery currently. That is a technical limitation.
