Add one more field to BuddyPress Default Email Notification Settings Control?

    Hi there,

    I’ve bought BuddyPress Default Email Notification Settings Control. It works great – many thanks.

    I’m using Buddyboss and there’s one more field which the plugin doesn’t cover: “A group sends you a new message”.

    Could you add this into the plugin and update, or let me know how to add it into the code (perhaps in the bunec-functions.php file)?

    That’s fantastic. Thank you very much.

    I actually have a feature request for the plugin too:

    I run a community for universities with two types of users: academics and students. Typically, academics are much more sensitive to inbox-overload than students, so it makes sense to set the email notification defaults differently per role / profile type.

    Would it be possible to enable a choice in the plugin: either ‘global’ (all roles the same) or ‘vary by role’?

    1. I have added the setting, Please check.
    2. I am sorry but we don’t have the ability to have role based setting currently. We will consider it in future.
