Add select box where display all members in xprofile fields

    Hello There
    I want to add one select box option where display all member so user can select any one specific user to allow user to show/hide x-profile field .
    Basically I have a x-profile field for upload any file where user upload their files but I want select box
    where display all members so user can grant permission to specific user to show/hide that file.
