[Resolved] At Profile tabs creator pro, Tab location problem. how to solve?

    Today, I bought the Profile tabs creator pro.
    It is hard to lacate the tab.

    1. tab location error
    Position number didn’t work.

    I want to change the tab location with position number.
    how to solve?

    Can I change this position number that buddypress default position.

    Activity – 10
    Profile – 20
    Notifications – 30
    Messages – 50
    Friends – 60
    Settings – 100

    I want to make my own postion.
    I want to change like this.

    Activity – 10
    Profile – 20
    +++++ My point –
    +++++ My board –
    Notifications – 30
    Messages – 50
    Friends – 60 <<<<<< I want to hide this one.
    Settings – 100

    Thank you for using the plugin.
    Please use number 21 for “My Point” and Number 22 for “My Board”.

    I have answered your question about removing a tab in another topic. Please take a look.

    How to remove ?

    I made gift-tab but I didn’t control gift-tab.

    I can find the gift-tab in Buddypress profile.
    But there is no item in your plugin.

    I mistakely made two tabe.
    but I cannot delete two item.
    because I cannot see two tiem in your plugin.

    I am sorry but I am unable to understand correctly.

    Question:- Is the gift tab added by some plugin? or have you added it using Profile tabs Creator Pro?

    If it is added by another plugin, Please take a look at this page for modifying existing tab
    https://buddydev.com/docs/buddypress-user-profile-tabs-creator-pro/modify-visibility-availability-existing-buddypress-profile-tab/

    You can set the visibility/availability to None to remove it.

    Please share more details(what you want to achieve and what is the current settings). Also, if you can provide me access to your site’s dashboard, I can configure it for you and let you know the changes I make there.
