auto join group not working with gravity forms registration

    I am using BUDDYBOSS, and gravity forms registration to get members to register to my site

    I want new members who register to my buddyboss site (via gravity forms) to automatically join certain hidden groups based on their user roles

    example:

    if a user role is ABC, they will auto join the ABC hidden group

    if a user role is XYZ, they will auto join the XYZ hidden group

    but the plugin is not working in terms of auto joining members to the group based on their user role

    please help!

    Hi Fareez,
    Thank you for purchasing from us.

    The plugin works on BuddyPress/BuddyBoss account activation and is not aware of Gravity Form. Recently, we added support for Fluent Forms registration.

    I am aware that gravity forms provides the hook ‘gform_user_registered’ on user registration which id fired on registration(does not guarantee the account activation).

    If you can provide us the Gravity Form/Gravity Fomr user registration addon, we can add support for it. Otherwise, we can try to add support with the hook ‘gform_user_registered’ but will need you to test and verify.
