    Hi,
    i have some great plugins of yours. i am looking for a way to block user by his IP,
    i am using the buddyboss platform and theme, so i have the option to suspend a user. but i am afraid he will
    get back with another email. (new account)
    what can i do please?
    will really appreciate your help.

    Thank you for using our plugins. Please let me know do you want to restrict the registration by user IP address?. Please clearify.

    i dont know what is his user ip adress, can i know it somehow?
    i have his account of course. he was participating in my buddyboss community.

    It allows the site admin to track any users. Please take a look and let me know if it helps or not.

    1. so this will give me the option to view IP address but how can i block by this specific IP ?
    2. do u have an idea if such a plugin will slow my site for collecting all these data?
    Last Seen , Online Status , Session Duration etc….
    i really appreciate your amazing support (and just purchased another plugin of yours (badges)) thanks a lot!

    Hello,

    1. Yes, Above mentioned plugin only allows to track by IP address and not blocking by IP. We can block a user with his/her IP address. But the issue with IP is that It is changeable.

    You can use the following plugin by IP:

    or there are many others that offer this functionality. Please look here.

    2. This plugin does not affect your site performance much.
