[Resolved] bp-ajax-registration plugin does not add new subscribers in wp users list

    hello, i d like to use bg ajax registration plugin on my project http://bg-press.com/dev/dontmiss-it.com.
    When i test it, new user is created in my wp-users table but it doesn t appear in my wordpress user list (in wp backend).
    What am i doing wrong?

    Hi,
    Our apology for the inconvenience.
    Is it a multisite install? Then, this is the default way BuddyPress handles registration.

    Please visit Settings->BuddyPress->Settings and select a role to be assigned to the user.

    After that, the newly registered users will be assigned that role.

    Hi Brajesh and thank you for your reply,
    i have both local and online installs, (not multisite) and when i don’t use the plugin, new registered users appear in the wp users list. It s really stange. Am i the first to find it s a problem? I also use the plugin events manager, and it doesn’t work for registered users via the ajax registration form. And my client will need to see the list of users from his wp backend…
    I tried to disable all my other plugins with no luck, is there a way to keep the email confirmation process WITH the bp ajax registration plugin? Maybe the issue comes from here (?)

    Hi Bertrand,

    Please upgrade to 1.3.0. It fixes the issue. Also, if you deactivate and reactivate the plugin, It will even make old users visible too.

    Sadly it seems the updated plugin breaks a little script i use for my customized modal login window (http://github.com/kylefox/jquery-modal)
    Maybe it s not much to dig in, i ll have a look myself…

    Finally everything works like a charm, (i just had ton change the class “.modal” of my link to make it work)
