Hi,
When I disable in Backend Dashboard to show user contact form on user’s activity menu, then when user goes to his menu tab “contact form” it should automatically be checked: “NO”
Means:
Show user Contact Form : NO and not YES (which is the case by now), so then user can decide whether he wants to show contact form or not in the future.Would this be possible to do?
The reason why I am asking this is because we are currently having scammers on website who are sending multiple messages to multiple users. Therefore I would like to not show contact form as default and then user can decide if he wants to enable it in the future or not.
Thanks and Regards,
DanielHi Daniel,
Thank you for posting.Currently, we don’t have the option for admins to set the default state of form. It is asumed on by default.
Your request is genuine, I will add this in the plugin settings in 24 hours to let you choose the default state.

BrajeshHi Daniel,
I have pushed the update now.In version 1.0.7, you can set the default visibility for the form. It only works if user is allowed to toggle the contact form visibility on their profile.

Hope that helps.

BrajeshHi Brajesh,
I have updated the new Version and have tested it this morning.
I have set in wp dashboard to hide the contact form by default, but when the user goes inside settings and wants to turn on the contact form, then the tab does not show up and remains hidden.
Thank you & Regards,
DanielNo problem.
Thank you for confirming that it works.
Regards
Brajesh
