BP Simple Front End Post changes the Author of the post.

    Hi. I have a BuddyBoss site with BP Simple Front End Post and Blog Categories for Groups. I have students writing a post and a teacher that checks and edits those posts. If the teacher is an Editor, then they can’t modify the post. If the post is still Draft and they open and publish it, the Author becomes the teacher. If the teacher is an Administrator, then they can edit and publish, but then the Author is changed to the Administrator too.
    I need to be able to edit other people’s posts without changing the Author.

    Hi Chris,
    Thank you for using the plugins.

    These plugins don’t do anything with the permission/roles.

    I am assuming that your workflow has some other plugin affecting the publishing process and causing role switch.

    Please try on a staging site by disabling other plugins and let me know what you find.
