[Resolved] Branded Login – Email in english

    Hi Brajesh

    I use Branded Login and WP Email Template LITE from A3rev Software to customize html template
    Our website is in french language

    Reset password email arrives with subject in french and body in english

    Have you ever met this issue ?
    Is it related to Branded Login or related to something else ?

    I have tried to deactviate WP Email Template LITE, it does not seem to be the cause ; email are still in english even with WP Email Template LITE deactivated.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience. I am not aware of the issue. Can you please disable the plugin temporarily and check?

    I am assuming that you have localized the messages?

    I have disabled BRANDED LOGIN plugin
    I have requested a new password from /wp-admin/
    I have received email in language of website (french)

    It sounds like it is related to BRANDED LOGIN plugin
    What do you think ?

    Hi Johan,
    I had a look.

    Can you please confirm that you translated the emails in the Branded login plugin? The emails are localizable and you can use poedit or any other tool to translate it.

    I have translated file bp-branded-login-en_US.po in french but there is no string corresponding to email in this file.

    In which directory can I find the emails to be translated ?
    poedit is what I use for translation

    Hi Johan,
    That’s strange. It should be there.

    You can check the actual content in the bp-branded-login/core/bl-functions.php (Line 190) and bp-branded-login/core/classes/class-bl-actions-handler.php(line 192).

    Thank you for the reply.

    I have checked the included po file and it seems our team included incorrect file(it has parts of recent visitors plugin).

    I will upload the updated plugin by morning.
