[Resolved] Buddyblog force category requests

    1. How can I make the category field mandatory. users must select category before they can submit their post.

    2. Reminder – the settings option to exclude categories does not work with the recent update.
    Categories have been selected to be excluded but the categories are still available in the post editor.

    Thank you for the question.

    1. Please wait for couple of days, we will be adding it to the plugin itself. That will be much easier for you.

    2. Thank you. I have released an update today and it fixes the issue. Please upgrade and check.

    Sure. The exclude was fixed in previous release. We will have the validation for term requirement in the next release.

    Thank you for the patience.

    Please upgrade to 1.1.8. You can mark any taxonomy as required and the user will be forced to select at least 1 term from that taxonomy.
