    Hi,

    Hi Chris,
    Thank you.
This is in beta. The only issue remaining is activity entry when BuddyBlog Pro and BuddyBlog Groups use same post type.

The beta is available to all our members who have access to BuddyBlog Pro.

with only the Content Provider able to post to the blog

BuddyBlog groups support this. You can enable this in the admin settings. I hope you have already managed the rest.

I want to be able to have posts in Groups.
But i see no setting in Buddyblog Pro or find a plugin like BuddyBlog Groups….

    Please clarify how to do.

    Thanks a lot.

    Regards

    Peter

    Hi Peter,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

Please visit your BuddyDev profile-> Memberships->Plugins

You will find the group blog plugin available there(Just below the BuddyBlog Pro). Once you activate it. you can mark a form for group type and setup the group posting.

    Regards
    Brajesh

Is it possible to See the group relation in a field to change a post to another group or for import posts.

    Thanks

    Hi Peter,
    Thank you for the question.
We do not have any plan for adding a way to move posts from one group to another currently.

Here are 2 meta fields that you can use to mark a post belonging to a group

    1. _bblgroups_group_id , you will need to set it to specific group id. e.g 32
    2. If you have scoped only posts created from front end to be visible in group, Please add another meta _is_buddyblog_post and set it to 1.

That will make a post available to a group if the post type is enabled for the group.

    Regards
    Brajesh
