Hi, I am not sure if this forum is for discussion for BuddyBoss as well, but when attempting to watch a video from iOS only, we get the following error message:
“The media could not be could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported”
We can play the videos successfully on Chrome, Edge, and Droid. I have tried clearing cache on local iOS and other Safari/iOS recommendations to no avail.
Has anyone seen this before and/or have a recommended solution?

Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.Your issue seems to be related to file type encoding. You may want to check if your video files are transcoded and the format is playable on ios?
