I can’t seem to make my BuddyDev Dashboard work. I have the plugin installed and I set up the API successfully to connect my account, but I have not been able to get it to work so that I can keep on top of getting my plugins updated.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. What is the error message that you are seeing? If you are not seeing any error message and the update is failing, please try updating from WordPress Dashboard->Updates screen and check the error.
Please let me know what you see there and I will be able to assist further.
I don’t get an error message. When I set up my access key it said it activated my account successfully, but my updates don’t show in the Dashboard>Updates screen for my BuddyDev plugins. I can tell that some need to be updated by comparing the revision number on my plugin to the one on the BuddyDev website, but they don’t show as having an update available in my dashboard.

I will do a setup and will monitor for next couple of days to see if I am able to replicate it for the plugins.
Is it happening for all plugins or only few of them? Also, if you can name some that wil help.
A few of our plugins are not auto up-gradable(due to slug/name conflict).
