Buddypress 8.0 has a new welcome email that is sent when account is activated. https://bpdevel.wordpress.com/2021/05/24/8-0-0-will-include-a-bp-email-to-welcome-new-community-members/
While using your plugin (BuddyPress Auto Activate Autologin Redirect To Profile On Signup) since activation is no longer needed, will it still be possible to send the welcome email without user activation.

Thank you for the question.I am aware of this change and yes, you will be able to use it with Auto activate Auto login plugin. We will be releasing an update on the same day as BP 8.0 release.
