[Resolved] BuddyPress Activity Privacy plugin Causes my submenus to dissappear

    When I activate “BuddyPress Activity Privacy” plugin (which we would like to use) my main menu – submenus disappear! We are using the AVADA theme. Is this some sort of CSS conflict? How do we solve this please? As soon as I deactivate the plugin the submenus appear again!

    Your help and advice appreciated.

    Hi Mark,
    Please link me to a screenshot of the issue.

    Seems like a conflict as I haven’t seen anything like it earlier. Also, if possible, Please enable the plugin and share me a guest login(subscriber user) to allow me check if ti is some css or something else.

    We have also just discovered that it also stops the Avada theme slider working on our home page – so that is very wierd!

    How do I give you login details privately please?

    Hi Mark,
    That means it is definitely a javascript conflict.

    Hi Mark,
    Thank you.

    Please upgrade to 1.0.2 of the plugin. I have added stricter check for our BP Nouveau template pack support to avoid the javascript error. It was throwing javascript error de to a conflict on the home page and leading to the issue.

    Please let me know if it works for you or not?
