[Resolved] Buddypress and Woocommerce

    Hello, I’m sorry, I’m french, it’s not easy for me to explain my problem.
    The website worked with Woocommerce only to sell memberships and a few products (it’s an association).
    To create a little network between members, I installed Buddypress with WC4BP (free) and PM for Buddypress (free version).
    The problem is that all previous members don’t display in the FO when I open a group. In the BO, Groups tab, I can display members by membership level. In the FO, only the user added manually after the Buddypress install is displayed. Is it normal ? How can I add in each group customers having bought the membership ? I found how to give the correct role but it seems it’s not enough.

    Thank you for your help, I’m completly lost !

    Welcome to BuddyDev.

    What is “FO” and “BO”.

    Are you referring to members directory? Are you using WooCommerce memberships plugin for selling membership? It is possible to add user to group based on membership but you will have to manually manage the membership to group association.

    Hello Brajesh Sing ! Thanks for your reply ! Sorry : FO = front-end, and BO = back-end.
    Plugins installed are :
    -BuddyPress
    – BP Profile Search
    – BuddyPress Cover photo
    – BuddyPress Member Type Generator
    – BuddyPress messages rules
    – Paid Memmbersships Pro
    – Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress add On
    – Paid memberships Woocommerce addo on
    – PMPro Roles
    – WC4BP -> Groups
    – WC4BP -> Woocommerce BuddyPress Integration
    – Woocommerce Customer Relationship manager

    I created groups in page=bp-groups (so I think it’s a BP page, because there is an other Groups in Customers but I suppose it’s a Woocommerce item)
    I created memberships levels (in page=pmpro-membershiplevels)
    For each product wich are subscriptions, there is a new tab : Membership => Membership Product => I gave the membership level for each.
    In the Users page (wp-admin/users.php) I can display users by role corresponding at the membership level.

    But on the front, connected as member or as admin, members who have buy a suscribtions before the Buddypress install are not displayed, only members added manually by the backend in the Users list.

    Are all plugins installed correct ? Is a plugin missing ? Is the configuration wrong ?

    Sorry I forgot this :
    I also create groups in Customers-> groups (page=wc_crm-groups) with the same name as groups in BP. By clicking on the eye (see the customer of this group) it displays ALL customers, not only members of this group.
    My settings fo example : Name : Premium – Type : dynamic – Terms : Match all the following rules ( User role is”adhérent premium” – Customer status is customer – Product category is Adhésions – Order status is Finished)

    Please. I bought WP4BP Woocommerce integration wishing to associate customers to buddypress groups following the product bought before the buddypress install. Is it possible ?
