BuddyPress Auto Friendship Pro – Not Working with S2Members

    When a new user signs up for an account, S2Members sets the role of the new user as s2Member Level 1, or s2Member Level 2, or s2Member Level 3, or s2Member Level 4.

    This causes the BuddyPress Auto Friendship Pro to stop functioning. In the marketing material it shows that I can specify a role. I can’t find that option.

    How do I setup the conditions so that when a new user signs up, and is automatically assigned the role s2member Level 1 for example, specified users are automatically added as a friend?

    Hi John,
    Thank you for reporting this. Our team posted the docs mistakenly without checking teh actual plugin.

    We have added role support now. Please upgrade to 1.0.1 and roles will work.

    Please do note that we are triggering our testes on “bp_core_activated_user” action at priority 10. If s2 members updates role after this hook, those roles won’t have any effect.

    Please do test.
