BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Pro doesn't work

    Hello,

    I’have recently add BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Pro. I have setted a simple rule and activated it.
    For displaying result where I want I use widget shortcode.
    Nothing is displayed. I have waiting for about 2h expecting something will change but no way.
    I have force cache to be reset by changing a field value, delete a friend but the same.

    I always get a blank section, any message like ‘You may know’ or ‘Sorry, we don’t have any suggestion currently’ is displayed.

    Can you help me?
    the rule setted is: (Logged In User Profile Field) gender is not equal gender (Matched User Profile Field)

    Hi Jean,
    I am not aware of any such issue.
    Are you sure you are using our plugin? I do not see any active subscription in your current account.

    Our plugin works well with BuddyPress as well BuddyBoss platform.

    Please confirm the source of the plugin and I will assist.
