[Resolved] BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Pro Error

    Hi,

    I am using the BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Pro plugin with the BuddyBoss theme and the following error keeps appearing, what does it mean and can i fix it?

    warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home3/stylefi5/public_html/thefixxsquad/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-platform/bp-xprofile/classes/class-bp-xprofile-query.php on line 452

    Hello Tiffany,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try deactivating “BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Pro” temporarily and check if this warning still appears or not.

    I deactivated the plugin and it disappeared but when its on it keeps appearing and disappearing randomly

    If possible please share the screenshot of your suggestion rule conditions you are using for generation friend’s suggestions. It will help to debug further into the issue.

    Hello Tiffany,

    Thank you for sharing the details. But I need some more information regarding field types. It quite possible that multicheck, member-type like fields can conflict.

    Please do let me know the field type of the following field.
    1. Position
    2. Industry
    3. Industry Interests
    4. Brand Preferences

    Just to let you know, I am getting the same error for the BuddyPress Featured Members plugin. I can create a new thread for that but could it be the same problem?

    Hi Tiffany,
    Please use the “IN” operator instead of Like for the Checkbox/Radio/select/Multiselect field types. It seems using the Like is causing the issue.

    Please check bu updating the operator.
