BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro upgrade issue

    Hi,

    When attempting to upgrade the plugin from Version 1.2.1 to Version 1.2.2 I’m getting an error message.

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I use the BuddyDev dashboard so am upgrading directly from the WordPress plugins page.

    Hi David,
    I am sorry for the experience.

    Please check the dashboard settings-> BuddyDev Dashboard and make sure that the API Keys are present and valid.

    Please let me know if you have already done that.

    All looks good in the BuddyDev dashboard, showing: Account validated successfully!

    Can you please try upgrading again. It might have been a temporary issue.

    Still getting the same problem I’m afraid, tried several times now on different days.

    All other plugins on the site are upgrading with no problem.

    Are you using any other plugin from us? If yes, is upgrade for them working?

    I am using other BuddyDev plugins and I have upgraded them successfully in the past – I installed the BuddyDev Dashboard so I didn’t have to do it manually.

    This is the first time the update hasn’t worked.

    I am sorry. I am not sure what could be the cause as you do have active membership. Do you have any staging site where I can check the same?
