[Resolved] BuddyPress Member Type Generator – types do not show

    Hello!

    I have installed your plugin and created 2 types of members. However on my list of members only the pull down menu shows with “Change member type to”, but the types I have created does not show. Please help!

    Hello VG,

    Thank you for posting. Please debug in following way

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except BuddyPress and Member type generator. check if member type shows or not.
    2. If still not showing then check whether the member type is active or not. You can see on all member type listing table. If member type is not active mark it as active.

    Please let me know if the issue still persists or not.

    Dear Ravi,

    1. I have deactivated all plugins. Unfortunately, the types still do not show.
    2. all my types are active.

    So the issue still persist.

    I am using the latest version of buddypress and wp and KLEO theme.

    I had to delete and readd the types to make it work. Only changing the slug did not work.
    But now it works!

    Hi Zsuzsa,
    Thank you. It might be due to some other conflicts. I do plan to add a warning in future when there are duplicate slugs to avoid the issue.
