BuddyPress Member Types Pro – LearnDash Groups

    Hi, the feature of assigning user to a learndash groups based on their member tpye doesn’t work on my site. I’m using Buddyboss as a theme with WP, plugins and the theme on latest versions.

    How can i fix it?

    Are you using BuddyBoss platform?

    Are you able to select learndash group to be assigned in setting?

    Please let me know and I will assist.

    I’m using BOSS with social learner. And yes, I’m able to select the learndash group in the member type settings.
    But once I give a user the member type, it doesn’t add the user to the Learndash group.

    P.S. I also tested it on a clean WP 5.3 install only with BuddyPress, your member type plugins and learndash. It didn’t work as well.

    Hi Amir,
    I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    If you have access to Learndash support, Can you please confirm that

    

ld_update_group_access()
learndash_get_users_group_ids()

    are still available and work as expected. We are using these to control who gets assigned to which group.

    Thanks, I added the ftp details in a private reply.

    Please confirm that the change is to the buddydev plugin and not learndash.
    Also, will you push this update to the public buddydev bpmt plugin? I’m asking to make sure that when if I update the plugin in the future the fix will not be overridden.
