[Resolved] BuddyPress Member Types Pro – LernDash Groups Issue

    Hi,
    We are using BuddyPress Member Types Pro to automatically assign LearnDash groups to new registrants.
    For the past days, new registrants are assigned only with one LearnDash group. The last group is always the one that stays and the remaining groups are being erased.

    Need less to say that the ‘Remove Extra Groups setting is disabled for all member types.

    This problem dirsupts our most important registration workflow.
    Any idea how this could be fixed? I updated the plugin to the latest version with no help.

    Hi Amir,
    I am sorry for the trouble.

    Can you please tell me the following:-

    1. Was it working as expected earlier?
    2. if yes, did you upgrade Learndash, theme or some dependency plugin recently?

    If you can help us understand what triggered the issue, we will be able to resolve it quickly.

    Hi Brajesh,

    It worked perfectly in the past – I’m not sure at what point it stopped working properly.
    We do update all our plugins and theme periodically so it could be it was caused by a certain update.

    In order to help you with it, we need to understand what caused it.

    We haven’t released any update recently for Learndash LMS. Was there any major release from them?

    Please help us isolate the issue and we will assist you.

    There were multiple releases by LearnDash in the past weeks – https://www.learndash.com/changelog/
    One of them was major (3.2).

    We currently have the latest version of LearnDash (3.2.2).
