[Resolved] BuddyPress Moderation Tools – Modal Popoup – Android

    Thanks again for adding the Modal Popup option to the BuddyPress Moderation Tools plugin. I recently switched from an Apple iPhone to a Samsung Android phone.

    On the iPhone, when I click on the Report button, the Modal Popup appears perfectly. When I click on the Report button on my Android, the Modal Popup does not appear centered. It appears off screen. I have to scroll down to see it. I tested this on an Android tablet, the Modal Popup appears perfect on the tablet.

    On my Android phone, I’ve tested this using Chrome for Mobile, Firefox for Mobile and the built in Samsung web browser. I’m experiencing the issue with all web browsers on my Android phone. This issue seems to be related to the viewport size possibility. On iPhones, I believe the viewport is 375px wide. On my new Android the viewport is 360px wide. Not sure if its viewport related or an issue with Android phones.

    I am sorry for the experience.

    Which theme it is. Does it contain the magnific popup?

    Also, which browser are you using on Android?

    I am using a custom theme that I created. It does not contain a magnific popup. I am seeing the same issue using Chrome, Firefox and the built in web browser. Here is a video of what I’m experiencing.

    On Android with a viewport width of 360px wide the modal popup doesn’t appear centered.

    I am sorry, I haven’t been able to do much with it as we don’t have a setup available online. I am asking one of my team mates to setup a demo which can be accessed via mobile.

    Basically, the Report button isn’t centering correctly on Android devices. The issue is present in Chrome Mobile, Firefox Mobile and the built in Samsung Web Browser.
