    Hi!

    I installed BuddyPress Profile Completion and I faced two issues

    a) even if a I have all the requiered fields filled out, the message “Please fill all required profile fields” is shown and I cannot continue.
    b) there is an issue with the signin menu. This second error only happens when the “restric to profil is activated”

    I will send you an email with a couple of images to clarify my issues.

    Hi Irene,

    Thank You for the details. I have checked the sites and found there are multiple elements having same id and some javascript throwing errors in conosole. Please deactive all other plugins except BuddyPress and BuddyPress Profile Completion and switch to default theme. There might be chances that your theme or any other plugin is conflicting with the functionality.

    Hi Irene,
    Thank you for the reply.

    I have checked and I can seethe issue. It is the conditional profile field plugin which is causing the error.

    Please make sure that you do not put any condition that hides a required field. That will fix it.

    You may disable conditional profile field temporary and test the same.
