BuddyPress Xprofile Custom Field Types – can’t edit profile fields

    Hi.

    dashboard->Users->Profile Fields isn’t showing in my WordPress installation after installing the plugin.

    I’ve gone to standard WordPress theme and deactivated all other plugins, option still isn’t there.

    Running WordPress 5.8.2
    Version 1.2 of the plugin

    Hope you can help.

    Hi David,
    The plugin works with BuddyPress and extend the fields of BuddyPress. Do you have BuddyPress installed and active?
    Also, if yes, Please visit Dashboard->Settings->BuddyPress and make sure the “Extended Profile” is enabled.

    Please let me know if that is already enabled.

    Hi Brajesh,

    I’m using it with BuddyBoss.

    When I go to Dashboard>>Settings>>BuddyPress it takes me to the BuddyBoss integrations page and nothing is listed there.

    Happy to give access to our staging site if that would help?

    Thank you for the details.

    In case of BuddyBoss, It is available from Dashboard->BuddyBoss->Profiles screen.
