    Can you please tell me whether you are using BuddyPress or BuddyBoss platform and which theme are you using?

    Also, which plugins did you try to use from us that did not work?

    Please share the issues you were facing and we will assist you with it. Our plugins should work as expected. If there is any issue (sometimes happens due to conflict with theme or plugins), we will be happy to troubleshoot and resolve.
