    Hi,

We have installed your Community theme for BP on our site and also member types Pro and Restrict Content Pro for making it a private community.

Please note though that this problem existed before installing RCP.

We have 2 user roles (WP user roles) called “personal” and “business”
We have assigned around 4800 users to personal and 35 to business

I read online on the BP.org forums that your members need to have a last active time in order for them to show up in the members directory. There was some code given to put into your functions file and run and then delete to give every WP user a last active time and date.
This worked as all users are now showing a last active date when looking at the WP all users diplay in the backend.

We have also assigned our members 2 different BP member types that we created using your Member Types Pro plugin.

Now when we go to our members directory page /members on our site then it lists the BP member types with the number of members but further down the page it says no members are found.
Even when I click on a member type that has a number next to it I still get the error saying no members found.

The site is locked down with a coming soon plugin at the moment so it can’t be viewed by a non admin user. I have created an admin user so you can take a look if necessary.

Any ideas on what is going wrong and why our members aren’t showing up on the members page?

    Thanks,
    Dale.

    Hi Dale,
Thank you for posting and my apologies for the inconvenience.

    1. Is no one showing in the directory? Can you please select “Alphabetical” order and tell me if the users get listed?
    2. Can you please share me the code that you used
    3. Can you please share me name of one Member Type?

    Thank you
    Brajesh

One member type is “personal members”

We just created a blank page and then put the shortcode into the page:

    [bp-members-list]

    Is that the correct shortcode?

When we choose alaphabetical or any other option it just still says no members.

Should I put our site access details in a private reply here?

    Dale.

    HI Dale,
Please do share the details. I can quickly check and assist you.

The shortcode is correct but it lists the active members by default.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Dale,
It is Geo My WP Plugin causing issue.

    To check it,
Please visit Dashboard->Geo My WP -> Settings-> BP Members Directory and disable it.
After that, please visit Kinsta Cache page and clear all cache.

Once you have done the above two, Please visit member directory and refresh/reload the page. It will show the members list.

One suggestion:- Avoid using “-” in member type name. It may stop the member type filter in directory for that specific type. I found that you have only one type with dash in the name and since there are no members of that type, It will be easy to change it.

    Regards
    Brajesh
