can´t see videos

    All work ok, but make a backup of the entire web, and can´t see video anymore…
    How can i do?
    please need help!!

    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.
    What is the error message shown? I am assuming this is an encoding issue.

    If you can share me a screenshot, I will be able to recommend a solution.
