[Resolved] Community Builder Pro – Profile menu on smartphones

    Hi Brajesh,

    i hope you’re well.

    I use Community Builder Pro (last version) and i’m very happy with it. On smartphones the profile menu (Icon / label selected in customizing page) does not work correctly. Sometimes it appears and sometimes it disappears.

    Do you have an idea about this problem ?

    Hi Christophe,
    Thank you for using Community Builder Pro.

    It seems the issue relates to loading of font awesome icon set. Is there any chance you are testing on a slow network?

    Please do try switching between the CDN loaded font awesome files vs locally loaded(The option is under Advance/Misc) to see if it gets fixed.

    the problem still alive.

    I’ve tested in your demo site and the problem is the same. I launch the demo then i go to the profile. It displays the activity and the profile tab and 3 dots for the menu on the right; everything’s ok at this point.

    When you clic on the 3 dots menu and choose friends (for example) the 3 dots menu disappears.

    Thank you for checking.

    Please do note that demo is using older version of Community Builder theme(we will upgrade the demo this Sunday with current theme). Did you upgrade to 2.0.6 and tried it?

    it doesn’t work on my Galaxy S9+ with Chrome but it’s ok on my wife’s iphone 8 with Safari or Firefox.

    I didn’t see there was an update. It seem’s that the 2.0.6 solve this problem.
