I installed the conditional fields plugin and it seems to be ok:
When account type = personal then the fields firstname and birthdate appear, and when I choose account type = professional, then these fields disappear and the VAT field appears.
Until there, it’s working fine.
the problem is when I validate the form:
if i choose professional account and if I don”t fill all the required fields, then the form is loaded again, with the error messages, but the fields “firstname” and “birhtdate” appear – while they shouldn’t appear as it’s a profesional account.
Could someone help me please ?
Thanks a lot.
Can you please try it with twentyseventeen theme and let me know if you can reproduce the error.
Sorry for not answering sooner.
“Compte pro” is a custom field.
When the user choose his “account type” (which can be either “compte pro” or “compte personnel”), then it’s a condition.
If the account is “compte pro” then it should display a custom field (“siret”).
If not, then this siret field is not displayed.
But the problem is: when I try to create an accoutn of type “perso”, the account is not create, it triggers an error saying that the siret is mandatory.
So what I did, is that I unchecked “siret” from being mandatory. Now as it’s not mandatory, it’s working.
But the problem is that this field should eb mandatory in case of “profesional” account type.
See what I mean ?
Thanks for your help.
