Hello,
I installed the conditional fields plugin and it seems to be ok:
When account type = personal then the fields firstname and birthdate appear, and when I choose account type = professional, then these fields disappear and the VAT field appears.
Until there, it’s working fine.
the problem is when I validate the form:
if i choose professional account and if I don”t fill all the required fields, then the form is loaded again, with the error messages, but the fields “firstname” and “birhtdate” appear – while they shouldn’t appear as it’s a profesional account.Could someone help me please ?
Thanks a lot.

BrajeshHi,
Thank you for the details. As I tested I see that your theme is using a custom selectbox(using javascript). We don’t know the behaviour in that case.
Can you please try it with twentyseventeen theme and let me know if you can reproduce the error.Thank you
BrajeshHi,
Is “Complete Pro” normal BuddyPress field type or a custom field type?
Also, is the previous registration page still same?(I can check it then).Thank you
BrajeshHello,
Sorry for not answering sooner.
“Compte pro” is a custom field.
When the user choose his “account type” (which can be either “compte pro” or “compte personnel”), then it’s a condition.
If the account is “compte pro” then it should display a custom field (“siret”).
If not, then this siret field is not displayed.
But the problem is: when I try to create an accoutn of type “perso”, the account is not create, it triggers an error saying that the siret is mandatory.
So what I did, is that I unchecked “siret” from being mandatory. Now as it’s not mandatory, it’s working.
But the problem is that this field should eb mandatory in case of “profesional” account type.
See what I mean ?Thanks for your help.
