Conflict with Conditional Profile Fields

    Hi,

    We are having an issue with Conditional Profile Fields for Buddypress. It seems that all the fields in Profile Settings are gone when we use and activate this plugin. Please see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/vuf0dn

    The profile setting should supposedly look like these: https://prnt.sc/vuf2vm .

    We troubleshoot the site using health check & troubleshooting plugin, and came out to a conclusion that this is the conflicting plugin. This plugin is crucial to our site, yet used it as a conditional field for choosing address from Region down to neighborhood level.

    Please help us with this.

    Hi Gino,
    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

    Thank you for sharing the details and the screenshots.

    From the screenshot, It seems to me that you are using Youzer plugin. We do not have compatibility with this plugin. The Youzer plugin changes the markup of the front end render contents. Conditional profile fields plugin relies on the markup to show/hide the fields.

    Please let me know if you are not using Youzer. In that I will need access to your theme and will be adding support for ti.

    i am looking to add birthdate if age is less than 18 year other required fields is required in case if his age more than 18 year other fields sill be requires

    Hi Gino,
    Please provide me your error log. I have disabled the conditional field plugin and still your profile fields are not accessible. It shows that there was a fatal error on the site.

    Please share the error log.

    Hi @afifosh,
    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

    I am sorry, The age/date fields are not supported by the conditional for using with conditional operators.
