    Hi, I am using contact form 7 in my website, It was working fine when i used my mail as gmail. Now sending is changed it is a outlook mail with domain extension and am not receiving any mail, but at front end mail sent is displaying.

    I will suggest turning of the new extension or downgrading to old.

    Also, you should contact the support of CF7, they will be able to assist you better.

    How can we download the old version. Sir I have not updated the plugin it’s the same but when i use sending mail on submit as xyz@gmail.com it is working but when i use xyz@domain.com it’s not working sir. and xyz@domain.com is the id we use for outlook account.

    The same plugin is working fine with xyz@domain2.com but here this mail id is used for zohoo login. My question is does contact form 7 supports outlook is this problem with the medium.

    Try using a smtp plugin and see if it works.

    No sir, installed easy wp SMTP and some other SMTP plugin it works fine when am using gmail, zoho and yahoo but it is not working for outlook.

    If it is only your own outlook email, you can add the doman to safe list as explained here
