    1. Which theme are you using
    2. Is it BuddyPress or BuddyBoss
    3. Which template pack are you using?

    is there anything special about your site that can affect the cover image?

    i am using whitedot theme
    2. I have buddypress installed and not buddyboss
    3.i am using nouveau template

    And i have installed youzer plugin
