Hi Mike,
Thank you.At the moment, the only way to modify it is via translation.
I will ask one of my team members to add support for editing email in the backend(From the same location where you edit BuddyPress emails).
It will take 1-2 week before someone completes it.
Thank you
BrajeshHello Mike,
We have updated the plugin. Now you can modify email from Emails menu in the backend. Please let me know if it works or not. Please download the latest version of the plugin.

Thank You
RaviHello,
I tested your plugin update and feel that it does not work. I do not receive notification of a new visit. I said that when I spoke of customization of email I thought the mail in html. But when I paste the code in html, there is no notification. On the other hand, when I type the plain text version of the email in the appropriate part, at this point I receive a notification of a new visit. I have the same problem with the notification of new message.cordially
Hi Mike,
Is the plain text message is being sent for the Profile visits or all other type of notifications?Regards
BrajeshAlso, I am not sure what do you mean by pasing the code? Please help me understand it better.
Thank you
BrajeshThank you for your quick response, but I’m not sure I understood your question. I will try to explain the situation better (I can also send you screenshots to better explain the problem, if you want). I specify that I am not an anglophone. My mother tongue is French.
When you go to the “email” menu there are two rows reserved for the appearance of the mail (“html” at the top and plain text content at the bottom) and the custom field box. When the row “html” alone is filled, we do not receive notification by email. Regardless of the situation that will trigger the sending of the email (whether in the case of a member who visits another profile or when the member receives a private message, no notification is sent).
