[Resolved] Dedicated Sitewide Galleries By Media Type?

    Hello,

    First off, this plugin ROCKS! Awesome idea and awesome implementation. Thank you so much.

    I’m trying to make a dedicated page for all photos that have been uploaded by users (same with videos, audio, and documents), but the only dedicated page I have is a “gallery” that then has a drop-down menu with “Photo,” “Video,” “Audio,” and “Documents” to separate the document types. When one of these document types is selected, the current URL stays the same. I’d like to have the URL change so that I can advertise each separate media type in a separate tab in my “Main Menu” in the navigation bar below the header on my website.

    This can be done on my member gallery (ex: http://weathertogether.us/members/charliep127/mediapress/type/photo/), so I was just wondering if the same thing could be done on the sitewide gallery (http://weathertogether.us/gallery/).

    Hi Charlie,
    My apologies for the delayed reply.

    1. Currently you can use the shortcodes(gallery shortcodes)to list gallery by type

    As I understand your post, I believe it is a great idea to have separate directory page for each of the types as filtered.

    I will add it on our track and will try to have it in next milestone.
