I know the plugin page says that it won’t change settings for already existing members. I need to know how to do that. Is there a code snippet, or SQL query that I can run to set preferences for all current users?

    Hi Nancy,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin.

In the current version, you can do it from the settings page.

Step 1:- Set the default options and save
Step 2:- Use the Red button at the bottom that says bulk update and update.

Please make sure to first save your default preference.

    Regards
    Brajesh

That didn’t work. I have all of the settings set to NO. I click on the save settings. Then I clicked on the Update all Users (Red button).

Is it because one of the members involved in my test PMs the admin user?

    Hi Nancy,
Can you please visit your Profile->settings->Email and tell me if the settings are set to NO or yes? Is there any caching plugin enabled? If yes, Please do clear the cache.

I just tested on 3.2 for the same. Also, Just to get some idea, how many members do you have, an approximate number will give me some idea.

    Regards
