Default New User Member Type

    I have a problem, because when a new user register on my wordpress, i choose a default Member Type, but the profile of the new user is subscriptor… Works The member type… but i don’t know how to associate both… i change manually in user list… but i need to do it automatically

    Are you using member type field? If yes, there is an option to set default member type there.

    Please let me know if you are facing any issue with it.

    Yes, in the general options of WordPress, i choose a custom member type “Member A” for new users register. But When a new user complete the register, in user list, u can see the member type is correctly “Member A”, But profile is Subscriber… and dont works for the work i need… I need same Profile & member Type

    I assume you are trying to change the role of the user from Subscriber to something else?

    Do you want user’s role to be different than subscriber(based on member type). If yes, have you configured member type to role association settings?
