Does not hide or show on a field

    Hi Vishakha,
    Is it happening on registration page or profile edit page? Are the y in same profile field group or different? Also, did you update radio field after setting conditions using them?

    Hi Brajesh,
    I tried to create different fields. some of them shows up and some of them does not. I tried clering my cache and Cloudflare cache as well but does not help really.

    Please let me know what is the exact issue and how can I resolve this.

    Also, I am not able to understand that why the field number is getting changed again and again. As there are different conditions so when I update for one, second one gets change and it is happening again and again.

    Please help urgently!

    Hi Vishakha,
    We have issues with radio/checkbox/multiselect field currently. You should only set conditions based on them after you have finalized the list of multifield options. If you keep editing mutifields, this will be an issue. This is a bug due to faulty architecture and we will fix it in our rewrite.

    If some fields are not hinding on front end, it could be the markup. Please link me to your registration page.

    Hi Brajesh,
    We have so many conditions and that’s why we are using radio/checkbox/multiselect field but as we can not make require any field so facing issues because lot of customer does not fill the details.

    Let me know if there is any workaround because we really need the required feature.

    Hi Brajesh,

    Also, If I do not keep my fields required then also, data is not getting saved in the field. Is there any bug with that too?

    Please help with the issue asap as we are struggling on prod with this.
