Hi! I’m trying to download BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro from within my account, and the Download button takes me to this page: https://buddydev.com/pricing/.
I’m logged in and viewing this page:
https://buddydev.com/members/ [my name] /membership/plugins/If I right-click on the download button and choose “Copy Link Address,” this is the result:
https://buddydev.com/downloads/buddypress-group-tabs-creator-pro/versions/buddypress-group-tabs-creator-pro-1-2-8.zip, but then it redirects me here: https://buddydev.com/pricing/.I tried in both Chrome and Firefox, and got the same results.
Where can I do to download BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro?
Note that the plugin is also not coming up when I go to Plugins > Add New and search for it (using multiple search queries).
Arrgh!
The same thing happens from this page: https://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-group-tabs-creator-pro/.
Hi Tina,
Thank you for purchasing from us.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. I had a look at your account.Your access to the plugin package expired on May 17, 2022.
You had access to BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro download until June 23 2023.Since your access has expired, you are unable to download them. You can keep using the old plugin(that you already have downloaded previously). To access the current plugins, an active subscription for the specific plugin is needed.
Hope that clarifies.
Regards
BrajeshWell that explains that! 😛
Since all my other plugin purchases auto-renew, it didn’t even occur to me that this one didn’t.
It would be REALLY nice if that information was available somewhere when I logged in, instead of just redirecting me without any sort of explanation.
Thank you!
Hi Tina,
I am very sorry.
You are right, we need to give the feedback at least once when members login to our site.I will look into it this weekend and add the support to avoid it for others facing similar issue.
Thank you
Brajesh
