[Resolved] DP Emoji and Giphy not working

    Using WP 5.4.2 & PHP 7.4.7

    Looks like both plugins are throwing some errors in the Console. I’ve deactivated all plugins except for BP and Giphy and Emoji. Same with default theme.

    Please advise …

    Hi Jared,
    Thank you for using the plugin.

    Are you using them with Community Builder or Community Builder pro theme? The following 3 plugins only work with Community Builder/Community Builder pro theme

    1. BP Emoji
    2. BuddyPress Giphy
    3. BP Better Experience.

    Please let me know and I will assist.

    I am not using these with either of those themes. Makes sense now. I will uninstall the plugins 🙁

    Thank you for clarifying.

    We are planning to Bring BP Giphy for other themes too in future. BP Emoji needs content editable area and it won’t be available for theme unless themes start using content editable instead of text area.
