[Resolved] Edit profile tab

    Hello,

    I have used your fantastic plugin to manage visibility of BP pages into the BP menu.

    Here is a list of what I’ve not been able to change. They depends from plugin but I have selected where it’s indicated that they come from a plugin (as by your explanation online):

    1. Show tab “Negozi” (slug “products”) to all. It’s only visible when users are logged.
    2. Hide “listings” (slug “listings”) to all (tried with customized css too).

    By the way, also adding icon onto “reviews” and “visitors” (they are not present in the theme icon selection list where you can add the others).

    You that know buddypress better then the authors have some kind suggestions?

    Hi Giuseppe,

    If your goal is to just rearrange the top level menu and you are using BP Nouveau template pack, you can do it from Dashboard->Customize->BuddyPress Nouveau -> Member Navigation and drag and organize.

    If you want to do it via profile tabs creator pro, The current version will need you to create 1 tab entry for each of your existing tab(or just the tab that you need to move) and use a numeric value for position.

    We are planning/working on a more intuitive implementation(drag/drop) which will be available in near future.

    thanks for your email.

    I already followed instructions. I’d like to have the tab “Listings” visible only for owner prodile and administrator and these are settings:

    Nothing in sub tag and other facoltative fields.

    The tab, that is from a plugin, is still there. Is there something else to do?

    Hello Giuseppe,

    Thank you for sharing the details. Please try after unchecking ‘Are we modifying existing tab?’ and select the option ‘All Members’ for the ‘Add this tab for’ setting.

    Similarly for “Reviews” the label is not changed in “Reviews_Recenti” nor the position goes to 3 (positioning works properly for the first and second label put in order with the plugin).

    I have tried with your settings but it does not work for both removing Listings and changing label for Reviews.

    Important, they are both plugin.

    The only difference I can see is that now tabs is before subtabs but settings are the same.

    Infact if you go on a member profile https://amodio.live/membri/gojohnny/ you can see that Listings tab is still there.

    Do I have to set other fields or tock to remove Listings tab for not profile owner?
