Exclude “base” groups

    I am using buddyboss and I see there is a setting to “Hide subgroups from Groups Directory & Group Type Shortcode” but I would like to do the opposite. I am making base groups with subgroups and I would like to hide the base groups from everyone and everywhere. can you help with a snippet to do this?
