[Resolved] Facebook Like User Activity Stream for BuddyPress

    Hi!
    I am using buddyboss and the sitewide activity shows all the users activity, I am expecting the plugin shoes only friends and follower activity stream, please help.

    In the settings for Facebook Like User Activity Stream for BuddyPress I have set Enable For : Activity directory (ticked)
    User profile (ticked)
    Please refer this screen shot.

    Is there anything else I should configure?

    Hi Pavan,

    Thank you for the question.

    The plugin shows following in the stream:-

    1. User activity
    2. User’s friends/folllowing’s activity
    3. User’s group activity( by anyone else)

    It excludes any other activity from the site(which are not related to the user or user’s group).

    is that happening or not?

    No it is not happaning, there is no change from before installing the plugin and after installing the plugin…. Activity from all users is shown in the sitewide activity

    Please provide me following details and I will assist you.

    1. Which version of BuddyBoss platform and theme are you using?
    2. Is the follow & connections both enabled
    3. Are you using any caching plugins?
    3. Are you using any plugin or code that filters or modifies activity lists(e.g order differently etc)
    4. If possible, Please share the list of active plugin.

    Hi Pavan,
    Thank you for the patience.
    It was a bug introduced due to recent update of BuddyBos platform. They have introduced custom default scope for directory which this plugin was not considering.

    I have updated the plugin to be compatible with the latest version of BuddyBoss platform now.

    Please update and let me know if it works or not?
