[Resolved] Featured Members plugin not showing in Users profiles for Admin

    I am trying to see if the plugin will work for my needs but I cannot get it running and it has no settings to try and change. Is there a known issue with the new 1.1.2 version?

    Hi Eric,
    Welcome to BuddyDev.

    Which theme and template pack are you using? My guess is your theme or template pack does not have the proper hook in the profile header if it is not visible.

    Hello Brajesh,

    I am using the BuddyX theme and the Nouveau Pack, as BuddyX is not compatible with the Legacy Template Pack. Thank you for responding so quickly.

    Thank you.

    The plugin supports BP Nouvea template pack.

    Please contact your theme author and request them to test for compatibility and provide a solution.

    After working with the them developer, I tried a brand new build on 2020 theme with BP installed, BP Nouvea and have 2 users made into featured. The plugin isn’t showing them. https://arrangemarble.s2-tastewp.com

    Hello Eric,

    Thank you for sharing the details. To set a user as featured use the button with the name “Set Featured” which is available on the member’s directory as well as on the user profile. Only those users set as featured using this button will be shown using Widget or the Member’s directory featured tab.

    Thank you, that was much clearer on how to enable and it works well now. That info is missing from the documentation. I was looking in the WP Dashboard > Users menus to set featured. Much appreciated.
