[Resolved] FFMPEG setup

    Hello –

    I have the transcoder pluging, and I installed FFMPEG on my AWS EC2 Ubuntu server.
    However, my transcode processes keep erroring out.

    Is there a document that explains how to configure FFMPEG on the server to process the jobs?

    Hi Tony,
    I am sorry but I am unable to provide much assistance with it.

    You will need to check the FFMPeg log and see if it is throwing some error.

    Here is the command that we are running to convert

    
"ffmpeg -i {$file} -movflags faststart -progress {$log_file} "

    Where $file is the actual video file that is being converted.
