[Resolved] Group Community Updates Loading Slow

    Hi all,
    We recently installed the buddyboss plug-in on our site so that we could have a private group with activity feed and members located solely on our website (not an app, rather on the website). I have upgraded godaddy hosting to “enhanced business hosting” but the group still loads slowly. Every time a member logs-in for the day or refreshes at any time it says “loading community updates. Please wait.” and it takes about 30 seconds. Is there a plug-in to help with this? Or why is it loading so slow?
    Thank you and I am new to all this and not an experienced tech person with regard to wordpress and plug-in!

    Hi Colleen,
    Thank you for the question.

    The BuddyBoss plugin is not suitable for shared hosting. For a nice performance, Please make sure that you have at least a decent “VPS” hosting. It seems the Godaddy hosting plan is shared hosting.

    I will recommend opting for Siteground(managed WordPress or VPS) or Kinsta for the same. They will provide you a lot better performance.
